Michael McKeever is the managing partner of the law firm of Goldbeck McCafferty & McKeever and has been practicing law and representing creditors since 1989 in both state and federal courts. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of all Federal Districts in both states. Mr. McKeever is an accomplished litigator with an ability to focus on quickly resolving foreclosure matters in the best interest of his client, combining both legal and business judgment to achieve maximum results.

Mr. McKeever has overseen the development and implementation of his firm’s case management and document production system and building electronic gateways with the firm’s business partners. He is involved in process and workflow improvements within the firm. The firm of Goldbeck McCafferty & McKeever has taken an active role in Pennsylvania on the issues of home retention and predatory servicing practices, providing leadership on these important industry issues.

Mr. McKeever was a founding board member of the National Foreclosure Professional and served as president of that organization from 2001 until its merger with the American Legal and Financial Network (the “AFN”) in 2004.
