Garry J. McCubbin has been a licensed attorney since 1981, concentrating in commercial litigation, collections, and creditors' rights. After serving a judicial clerkship for the Kansas Court of Appeals (1981-83), he served as Counsel for the Federal Land Bank of St. Louis (1984-90), where he was responsible for managing foreclosures, deficiency suits and bankruptcies. His experience includes Missouri foreclosures, Kansas and Iowa judicial foreclosures, bankruptcy, commercial and real estate litigation, state and local tax litigation, condemnation, injunctions, regulatory matters, and appeals.

Mr. McCubbin is a partner with the law firm of Kozeny & McCubbin, L.C., providing bankruptcy, foreclosure & eviction services throughout Missouri, Illinois, Kansas & Nebraska. He is also co-founder of the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN).

Mr. McCubbin is a member of the Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar, Nebraska Bar, Iowa Bar, the U.S. District Court District of Kansas, U.S. District Court Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Northern and Southern Iowa, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. McCubbin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1975, and his Juris Doctor with honors from Washburn University in 1981.
