| Average Fees We recognize FNMA,FHLMC,FHA and VA fee schedules. A breakdown of the attorney fees for specialized services and foreclosure milestone completions is available upon request. |

| Documents Necessary for Referral We must have a readable executed copy of the Note and Mortgage along with account information such as default date, unpaid principal balance, interest rate, mailing address. |

| Technology Utilized We utilize Lenstar, Vendorscape, NewTrak, Alltel/Fidelity, Lincs, Fetch, Papervision, Mobius, OWL, Business Partners, and client specific websites along with NewInvoice and iClear. Our internal case management system is ED which downloads to our website and provides our clients with 24/7 access to their accounts once they are provided with their user ID and password. |
